With 10+ years of hands-on expertise in service operations, workshop management, and process optimization, Nikhil plays a critical role in building and scaling Autoz365’s service delivery model. His deep understanding of end-to-end operations—from customer intake and diagnostics to repair quality, turnaround time, and afterservice experience—ensures consistent standards and exceptional customer satisfaction across all locations.

As a co-founder, he has been instrumental in designing Autoz365’s operational frameworks, standard operating procedures, and training systems, creating a strong foundation for efficient, transparent, and high-performance service centres.
